Off to the south coast  . . . .

Just had to take this pic this morning . . . glorious magnolias - the flowers last for just a short time - we have windy weather forecast for Sydney today, so I am sure there will be a few less when we get back from our little trip!

We are preparing ourselves this morning for our trip to Mollymook, NSW south coast where we will be celebrating my sister-in-law's 60th birthday at Bannister's Restaurant - Rick Stein's beautiful place.  

Will keep you posted with pics upon return - thought I might take along some hexagons to do while sitting on the verandah overlooking the ocean! You never know it might be raining and we can't do our walking! Those hexagons are just so handy when you travel - don't take up much room I say.

This weekend will also be birthday celebrations for my DH whose birthday was on the 15th.
